Bunscoil Céilí 2026
Picture
Our girls and boys had a fantastic time at our annual St. Patrick’s Day Céilí! The hall was filled with music, dancing and great excitement as everyone enjoyed this special celebration together.
We were delighted to welcome back Ms Watson, the chief coordinator of Craic is Ceol. It was also very special to welcome her dad, Liam Roche, who first came through the gates of Bunscoil 79 years ago. We look forward to celebrating 80 years next year.
We were also thrilled to welcome our good friend and former Principal, Ms Hayes, who joined the band along with her son Mr Brennan. A special thank you also to Ms Flynn and Ms Price for completing this wonderful and talented group of musicians who kept the tunes flowing and the toes tapping.
A big well done to all of our girls and boys who danced so enthusiastically and made sure everyone had a great time. It was lovely to see the younger pupils dancing alongside the older pupils, creating such a joyful atmosphere.
Finally, a sincere thank you to our staff for teaching the dances to the pupils and for helping to keep this wonderful Irish tradition alive in our school.

St Patrick's Day Fun
