Bunscoil na Toirbhirte Parents’ Council Fun Walk
The Bunscoil na Toirbhirte Parents’ Council Halloween Fun Walk took place on Sunday, 19.10.2025 and what a fabulous, feel-good event it was!
The wonderful sense of community was clear from the wonderful turnout for the walk. We are so fortunate to have such a supportive school community. A huge thank you to all our girls, boys, and parents for making such a tremendous effort!
Well done to our Parents’ Council for organizing this fantastic family event. You are an incredible support to our school.
We’d also like to extend our sincere thanks to the parents and members of An Garda Síochána who managed the many crossings to keep our walkers safe. A special mention to Tony Fitzgerald, who marshalled on his motorbike and helped ensure everyone’s safety. We truly appreciate everyone’s help and support.
And finally, a big thank you to Amanda Frater for setting up a treat station along the route, offering some tasty surprises for our girls and boys. It was a real winner !
