Open Garden 2024 Fundraiser - a lovely day!
There was moo-ch interest in our Open Garden Fundraiser Event which took place on Saturday 26.06.2024. In the lead up to this fabulous day our girls were very busy designing posters to advertise the event and selling entry tickets. We are very thankful to everyone who kindly supported our school through sponsorship, purchasing tickets and all those who visited on the day but especially to our Chairperson, Pat Mullins for organising this event for our school. He put a tremendous effort into getting the event up and running. Huge thanks to Angela and Joe Mullins for very kindly allowing our school to invite people to view their amazing garden. Their kindness and support of our school was unbelievable.
We greatly appreciate the staff and parents council members that made themselves available to run the event on Saturday. We thank the locals for their support of our event, especially Liam Reidy who allowed the visitors to park in his field. Thank you all so much for the part you all played in making this event a wonderful success.

Mitchelstown Busking Festival is one of the next fundraisers being held to raise funds for Bunscoil na Toirbhirte, Astro Turf initiative. All musicians and performers will not only be showcasing their talent but supporting our local schools and their pupils.
