St Patrick's Day Celebrations in Bunscoil na Toirbhirte

As part of our Proclamation Day celebrations we held our annual school Céilí in the Halla on Tuesday March 15th. This was attended by a huge number of parents who got involved in the song and dance. Music was supplied by the ever talented Kayren Hayes-Brennan, Eilís Watson, Fiachra O'Cinnéide, Paul Finn, Pádraig Wallace, Liam Roche and Jim Nash. Special guests were the members of Junior Comhaltas who played at the third céilí.
A Cake Sale was held by the Parents' Council and all monies raised will be spent on new reading material for Literacy Lift Off. We would like to sincerely thank all the PC members who worked so hard to sell the goodies and to everyone who baked and contributed.
