Soccer in Bunscoil
Our two wonderful fourth class football teams took part in the blitz at the end of April 2026, they performed fantastically well, showing great skill, teamwork, and determination throughout. The future is clearly bright!
A special word of thanks, of course, to Miss Flynn and Miss Woods for managing the teams and for organising their participation. We are also very grateful to Eva and Louise, our sixth class pupils, for refereeing the games so fairly and confidently.

Our soccer teams had a great day out in Carrigaline at the Primary 5’s soccer event on Monday 04.02.2024. Bunscoil had two teams and the girls gave a great account of themselves scoring lots of goals. Both teams came second in their group and were narrowly beaten in the subsequent knockout stages. Super stuff girls!!!! Special thanks to Ms O’ Brien and Ms Kent for taking the girls to the blitz. They said it was a privilege to accompany the girls to this sporting events.
And just to show ..... there was definitely soccer played!!!
