and what fun and games we had!
Our girls were absolutely thrilled with all the games the Mitchelstown Library staff organized for their last visit of the school year! We deeply appreciate the numerous events they’ve arranged for our girls and boys throughout the year and the warm, welcoming atmosphere they always provide for our pupils. We are very fortunate to have such a wonderful Library on our doorstep .
Coding Course
We had a wonderful time at Mitchelstown Library Coding Course on Wednesday 17.04.2024. Thank you to everyone in the Library for organising this event.
Ms Doyle’s & Ms McSherry's class loved visiting Mitchelstown Library this week
2nd class had a brilliant time at the play ‘An Sean Duine Òg’ by the Graffiti Theatre Company at Mitcheltown Library during the first week of December. It was fantastic and the girls loved every minute of it. Special mention to Mitchelstown Library. They run so many fun events for the local schools.
Ms Doyle’s class loved visiting our good friends in Mitchelstown Library on Monday 27.11.2023.
14.10.2023: Rob O’Sullivan from MTU Blackrock Castle Observatory gave a virtual talk on our Solar System and beyond to 6th class from Bunscoil na Toirbhirte, Mitchelstown.at #Mitchelstownlibrary.
An interactive session, pupils posed their questions to Rob as he talked engagingly about the Sun, Moon and planetary system. He also gave a primer on how to identify constellations. An entertaining and educational treat!
