BUNSCOIL NA TOIRBHIRTE, MITCHELSTOWN, CO. CORk

mercy superheroes Fundraiser

Friday, October 18th, 2019 was a day which will be remembered for a long time to come by all in the Bunscoil community. Thanks to all our Superheroes who helped us raisefunds to support the Mercy Hospital, Cork, money which will go towards helping care for sick children in their own homes. Friday was especially poignant as we came together to remember our very own little hero, Fionn Doyle, who sadly lost his brave battle on January 1st, 2019.
We are delighted to announce that we raised a total of €2,761 for the Mercy Hospital, money which will ensure that young boys and girls can receive vital cancer treatment in the comfort of their own homes.
Sincere thanks to everyone who helped to make the day such a massive success:
Ms Eimear Doyle
The hardworking members of the Bunscoil Parents' Council
Anthony Nash
Brian Hurley
The Junior Doctors from Living Health
The local fire service
Garda Pat and his dogs
The Bunscoil school choir
Mountain Search and Rescue
Tony Fitzgerald
Caroline Casey
The Liam Mc Carthy Cup
Tracy from Move Zumba Dance Fitness

Well done all!!!
