New Assistant Principal Appointment

It was with great excitement that Fr Gabriel, Chairperson of the Board of Management recently announced that Ms Niamh Hyland had been appointed as our new Assistant Principal, a position that was made vacant following the retirement of Ms Catherine Horgan last June. This important event took place at an assembly in the Halla at which Fr Gabriel delivered the news to the staff and pupils. Ms Hayes and Ms Linehan spoke about what an honour it was to work with Ms Hyland and impressed on those present that Ms Hyland has and will continue to work so hard for the whole school community. 
A special cake was presented to Ms Hyland to mark the occasion and the boys and girls were given a night free of home work to celebrate.
